Export four Stripe CSVs

Use All columns. Do not edit the files. Remove filters that would hide old, canceled, or overdue records.

Invoices

Stripe path: Billing -> Invoices

Required. Finds unpaid and overdue invoice amounts.

  1. 1. Open this page in Stripe Dashboard.
  2. 2. Click Export.
  3. 3. Choose All columns.
  4. 4. Save the CSV.

Payments

Stripe path: Transactions -> Payments tab

Optional. Adds failed-payment context.

  1. 1. Open this page in Stripe Dashboard.
  2. 2. Click Export.
  3. 3. Choose All columns.
  4. 4. Save the CSV.

Customers

Stripe path: Customers

Optional. Makes records easier to identify.

  1. 1. Open this page in Stripe Dashboard.
  2. 2. Click Export.
  3. 3. Choose All columns.
  4. 4. Save the CSV.

Test-mode warning

Payments exports include a Mode column and test rows are excluded. Some other exports may not include Mode, so the audit will warn when it cannot apply that filter.

Coupons

Coupons are not part of the base upload. If Stripe exposes a coupons export later, it can make discount findings more complete.
